As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Performance Expert to optimize and elevate our website performance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a WordPress Website Performance Expert with a strong focus on Core Web Vitals and advanced caching strategies. This role is purely performance-driven, optimizing speed, stability, and responsiveness without compromising functionality or user experience.

You will be responsible for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across front-end, back-end, and server levels using industry-standard tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) to improve real-world user experience
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues related to:
• • Rendering and asset loading
  • JavaScript execution
  • Fonts, images, and third-party scripts
• Implement and fine-tune WordPress caching solutions
• Optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and custom PHP code
• Perform performance audits using tools such as:
• • Google PageSpeed Insights
  • Lighthouse
  • GTmetrix
  • Chrome DevTools
• Apply server-level and browser-level performance optimizations
• Ensure performance improvements do not break existing functionality

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Core Web Vitals optimization
• Advanced experience with WordPress performance and caching
• Strong working knowledge of PHP for debugging and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with caching tools such as:
• • WP Rocket
  • LiteSpeed Cache
  • W3 Total Cache
  • Redis / server-side caching
• Deep understanding of:
• • Browser rendering behavior
  • Critical CSS
  • JavaScript execution and asset loading
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements
