We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as WordPress & Divi Developer (1–3 years).
Compensation:
USD 1.2K - 1.7K/month.
Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Perú, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Brasil residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient in CSS3, HTML5, Divi, and WordPress development.
- You are beginner in image optimization, JavaScript, and SEO (Search engine optimization).
- English - Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
- Build new WordPress websites from mockups or wireframes.
- Set up fresh WordPress installations, SSL certificates, and essential plugins.
- Implement layouts according to brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Ensure responsive design on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Integrate and test forms (Gravity Forms, WPForms).
- Keep WordPress core, plugins, and themes updated weekly.
- Troubleshoot layout issues, styling bugs, or plugin conflicts.
- Back up sites before major changes.
- Monitor uptime and performance weekly, improving speed when needed.
- Customize Divi modules with CSS for unique layouts.
- Create reusable Divi layouts/sections for faster builds.
- Optimize images, caching, and minification for performance.
- Run tests with GTmetrix or PageSpeed Insights and apply improvements.
- Make client updates (text, images, new pages, landing pages).
- Write custom CSS/JavaScript when needed.
- Integrate third-party tools (CRMs, booking systems, email marketing).
- Join kickoff calls, follow SOPs, and provide weekly progress updates.
Requisitos
- 1–3 years of professional experience with WordPress development.
- Proven experience using Divi Builder (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Experience with plugins such as Gravity Forms, WPForms, caching tools.
- Basic SEO knowledge (meta tags, alt text, site speed optimization).
- Familiarity with performance tools (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plugin/theme conflicts.
- Good communication skills, proactive and detail-oriented.
- English level: Intermediate (B1–B2) or higher.
