- Collaborate across SEO, design, and content to deliver a consistent experience
- Own publishing and updates in WordPress post-launch (new pages, landing pages, blogs)
- Maintain CMS structure, templates, plugins, and site security
- Run A/B tests and heatmap tracking with Hotjar and GA4
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in WordPress development and CMS builds
- Proven delivery of content-rich, high-traffic websites (2,000+ users/month, 300+ pages)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with PHP/MySQL
- Experience with SEO fundamentals and structured data/schema implementation
- Confidence managing migration plans, stakeholders, QA and technical SEO
- Familiar with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Hotjar setup
- Experience integrating HubSpot forms, CTAs and tracking tools into WordPress
- Excellent English communication and remote collaboration skills
- Highly organised, self-directed and deadline-driven
