What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 2+ years of experience in WordPress development.
- You are proficient in Figma, Elementor Pro, SEO Management, and WooCommerce.
- English - Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
- Design and implement brand-aligned web pages, landing pages, and dynamic content.
- Build and customize themes and templates using Elementor Pro and Astra Pro.
- Manage integration of forms (e.g., WPForms, Gravity Forms).
- Maintain stability, site speed and backend performance in WordPress.
- Handle security, backups, and technical troubleshooting with minimal downtime.
- Support marketing with visuals for emails, campaigns, and social media.
- Optimize for SEO, Core Web Vitals, mobile, and accessibility (ADA compliance).
- Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Migrate WordPress sites when necessary.
- Manage hosting, SSL, DNS, cPanel or Plesk.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience developing professional WordPress websites.
- Proficiency in Astra Pro, Elementor Pro, JetElements, Crocoblock.
- Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of SEO on-page/off-page and content optimization.
- Experience with WooCommerce advanced, theme customization, and plugin use.
- Basic knowledge of PHP, WordPress hooks, and SQL.
- Experience with Figma/Adobe XD, responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, SEMrush, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights.
- Knowledge of DNS, SSL certificates, cPanel/Plesk, and site migration.
- Intermediate English (written, technical).
