Maintain and continuously improve Pipeline Gurus’ website performance, animations, and UX while being available on-demand for fast iterations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain WordPress + plugin stability
- Fix animation failures (Elementor / GSAP / CSS / JS)
- Implement design updates quickly
- Optimize performance & loading speed
- Ensure mobile responsiveness stays perfect
- Prevent plugin conflicts before they happen
- Handle landing page builds when needed
- Monthly health checks + backups
Requirements
- Strong Elementor Pro experience
- CSS & JS debugging (not drag-and-drop only)
- Animation troubleshooting
- Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals)
- Hosting + caching understanding (Cloudflare, CDN, caching plugins)
- GSAP / motion effects
- Conversion-focused UX thinking
- Experience with agency or SaaS sites
