<p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><br>- Manage and maintain WordPress site maintenance for up to 100 sites.<br>- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, providing ongoing maintenance for the sites hosted on our server.<br>- Utilize knowledge of WordPress page builders and block editors, including Divi and Elementor, to effectively manage and troubleshoot sites.<br>- Handle client support tickets for WordPress sites.<br>- Utilize a dedicated HubSpot seat to manage and develop CMS projects.<br>- Update customer records in HubSpot pipeline.<br>- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues efficiently.<br>- Ensure excellent customer service and support to maintain high client satisfaction.<br>- Working hours are M-F Central Time Zone and must be available for weekend emergencies.<br><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>- Proven experience with WordPress website development and maintenance.</p><p>- Expert with WordPress page builders and block editors such as Divi and Elementor.<br>- Basic understanding of JavaScript.<br>- Basic understanding of back-end development fundamentals.<br>- HTML and CSS Expertise.<br>- Basic understanding of Hubl (HubSpot coding) and PHP is a huge plus. <br>- Basic understanding of technical search engine optimization, Google Analytics and Google.<br>- Search Console.<br>- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.<br>- Experience with Figma.<br>- Knows how to build pages in the CMS from wireframes and high-fidelity designs.<br>- Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, ticket systems, and project management systems.<br>- HubSpot CMS certification can be optional but should be willing to be certified.<br>- Strong troubleshooting skills for a variety of software.<br>- Ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.<br>- Excellent communication skills.<br>- Excellent customer communication and service skills.<br>- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively..<br><br></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):</strong><br><br>- $1400 to $1800 depends on experience.</p><p>- $500 bonus at 90-day mark. <br>- 13th month pay (paid on Jun 1 and Dec 1).<br>- Performance-based bonuses.<br>- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.<br>- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development.<br>- Start date: TBA</p><p> </p>
