Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Website Development: Build and develop WordPress websites based on provided Figma designs, ensuring they are responsive, functional, and user-friendly.
Custom Development: Create custom widgets and plugins tailored to specific client requirements to enhance site functionality and user experience.
Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in PHP to ensure the maintainability and scalability of WordPress sites.
Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues to maintain the smooth operation of WordPress sites.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project goals.
Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest WordPress developments and implement best practices in web development and coding standards.
High-Quality Websites: Fully functional and visually appealing WordPress sites that align with Figma designs and client expectations.
Custom Solutions: Effective use of custom widgets and plugins to meet unique client needs.
Optimized Performance: Clean, scalable code that ensures smooth site operation and easy maintenance.

Experience
3+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer or in a similar role.
Proven experience with custom widget and plugin development is highly preferred.
Skills
Proficiency in WordPress and PHP, with a strong understanding of WordPress architecture.
Experience converting Figma designs into WordPress websites.
Knowledge of web development standards, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot WordPress sites effectively.
