Key Responsibilities:- Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress websites, including WooCommerce stores, MemberPress memberships, BuddyBoss communities, and Gravity Forms.
- Implement custom themes and plugins as needed to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website performance, compatibility, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and IT teams to align design and functionality.
- Provide ongoing management of WordPress websites, ensuring they remain up-to-date, secure, and optimised.
- Ensure website security, scalability, and performance optimisation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience with WordPress development (5+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with popular WordPress tools, including WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, MemberPress, and BuddyBoss.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as mailchimp, klaviyo etc.
- Understanding of website performance optimisation techniques.
- Experience with website migrations and integration of third-party services.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver projects on time.
- Familiarity with subscription models and membership platforms.
