WordPress and React Developer - PHP Developer Careers

Accountabilities

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of WordPress-based products and modern React-driven interfaces.

Develop and maintain WordPress themes and plugins with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Build and enhance interactive front-end features using React and modern JavaScript practices.
Collaborate with a distributed team using Git-based workflows and agile communication tools.
Contribute to architectural decisions and propose elegant solutions to complex technical challenges.
Ensure code quality through best practices in PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress development standards.
Participate actively in improving product features, usability, and overall user experience.
Stay engaged with modern web technologies and open-source ecosystem trends.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced full-stack-oriented WordPress developer with strong front-end expertise in React and solid backend fundamentals.

Strong understanding of WordPress core architecture at code level.
Proven experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Solid proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6).
Hands-on experience with React and modern front-end development workflows.
Familiarity with jQuery and Git version control systems.
Strong knowledge of WordPress coding standards and security best practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed, and agile environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to clean, maintainable code.
Bonus: experience with Redux, Gutenberg block development, TypeScript, or testing frameworks like Jest, PHPUnit, or WPUnit.
Bonus: contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
