Virtual Program Therapist (IOP/PHP Group Therapist)

We’re seeking Program Therapists for Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for our virtual IOP/PHP program, who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.  

In this role, you will:  

• Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals. 
• Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge. 
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions. 
• Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD).  
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care. 
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.  
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.

Shift Schedule:

• 4PM -8PM 

PART-TIME: IOP/PHP Shift Requirements: 

• A minimum 3 day per week - One consistent shift each day (within the same program). 

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:   

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LSW/AMFT/LPC or LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD. 
  • Non-licensed (MA or MSW) compensation: $35-40/hr.
  • Partially Licensed (LPC/LSW/AMFT) compensation: $40-50/hr. 
  • Fully Licensed (LCPS/LCSW/LMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist) compensation: $50-60/hr.  
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.  
• Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders.
