The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible forgenerating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers,qualifying leads, and promoting the company’s products or services. The OutboundSales Representative works closely with the sales team to meet or exceed salestargets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads through engaging conversations and determine customer needs.
  • Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
  • Set appointments or schedule product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and track progress in CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and tactics.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the call center industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, embracing challenges and driving for success.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate degree is required and preferred.
