Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads through engaging conversations and determine customer needs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the call center industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, embracing challenges and driving for success.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Intermediate degree is required and preferred.
