This includes owning and managing the technical frameworks, processes, tools and systems that are part of the marketing ecosystem. This role will work closely with all the marketing functions to ensure smooth technological infrastructure required for running crucial marketing campaigns, building & managing a website with highly advanced capabilities, and spearheading technical innovation to take the company’s marketing initiatives to advanced levels. This role will also be involved in leading projects related to PHP closely working with the product and engineering team.<br><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: <br></strong></p><ul><li>Rresponsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.</li><li>Own the development roadmap of Anchanto’s website and its successful implementation.</li><li>Act as lead developer for any ad-hoc technical requirements that may arise for marketing purposes.</li><li>Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS</li><li>Help formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.</li><li>Hire and manage other developers to deliver projects at scale when needed.</li><li>Work with the engineering and product team to develop and manage plugins integrated with Anchanto products.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in technical education or higher</p><p><strong>Experience</strong>: Atleast 4-5 years of experience in a web development, with all relevant tech stack as part of skills.</p><p><strong>Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Strong expertise of WordPress Platform</li><li>Strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems.</li><li>Expertise in WordPress Custom Theme Development and Plugin Development (HubSpot, Greenhouse, Yoast)</li><li>Proficiency using ACF plugin (Advanced Customs Fields) and have an acknowledgement of technologies such as jQuery and bootstrap.</li><li>Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for WordPress</li><li>Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, sass & scss</li><li>Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX</li><li>The ability to work on LAMP development environment</li><li>A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues</li><li>Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques</li><li>Understanding of W3C Web Standards/Semantics and Accessibility Guidelines</li><li>Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.</li><li>Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers</li><li>Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages</li><li>Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)</li><li>Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN</li><li>Strong understanding of PHP back-end development<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Attributes: </strong></p><ul><li>Great attention to detail, highly organized</li><li>A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English</li><li>The ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p>
