The PHP Sr.Software Engineer (Laravel & React.js) to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Laravel and React.js and will play a key role in architectural decisions, technical leadership, and ensuring high-quality software delivery
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications using Laravel and React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and developers, to build and enhance applications.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and align development efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in PHP development with Laravel and strong expertise in React.js.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with state management (Redux, Context API).
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and database design principles.
- Proficiency in Git for version control.
- Strong knowledge of web security best practices, performance optimization, and SEO principles.
- Experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
