Senior Clinician/Associate Director - PHP/IOP

• Greet new families and take a lead in facilitating smooth admissions
• Conduct tours for new and prospective families
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and conduct individual and family therapy with teens and their families
• Conduct weekly group sessions, including  DBT Skills and a a “Multi-family Group.”
• Attend (and sometimes lead) weekly clinical treatment teams and collaborate with clinicians to carry out individualized treatment plans
• Assist with clinical services, including client interventions, crisis intervention, and discharge planning, to support staff.
• Provide case management support to ensure clients have appropriate discharge plans.
• Coach and collaborate with treatment team to ensure effective behavioral interventions are carried-out with clients
• Complete treatment plan reviews when needed, master treatment plans, other required clinical documentation
• Maintain electronic medical records in line with licensing, certification, legal, and ethical standards.
• Research, propose, and implement new or enhanced program services

Qualifications: 

• LMFT/LCSW/LPCC in California.

• Must possess a valid California Driver’s license. 

• Must be able to pass a background check
  
  Payrate: $82,000 - $87,000
