• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, fostering collaboration and growth while ensuring technical excellence
• Take ownership of new backend projects, guiding them from the initial concept and MVP requirements through full-scale implementation
• Provide strategic solutions to technical challenges, maintaining a focus on system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust backend systems to support business needs
• Maintain high standards of code quality through clear documentation, thorough testing, and adherence to best practices
• Actively contribute to sustainable development practices while solving complex technical problems
• Drive the technical roadmap for backend systems, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term vision and goals

• 4500 - 6300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
