Mid-level Full Stack Developer (PHP, Node, React)

Our customer is a fundraising platform offering industry-leading programs that include fitness-focused fundraising events and school spirit wear, aiming to revolutionize the fundraising landscape. The platform supports millions of students and educators nationwide, providing innovative and inspiring programs that enhance educational experiences.

Currently, they are looking for an experienced Mid-level Full Stack Developer (50/50) skilled with PHP, Codeigniter, Node.js, Nest.js, and React.js and is mainly working on a Mac. The candidate will join a team of about six engineers, as well as an Engineering Manager and Product Manager.

Task at hand: Rebuilding client management platform from Legacy PHP to microservices using Node.js, React, and Nest.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack developer
• Strong experience with PHP and Codeigniter
• Strong experience with Node.js and Nest.js
• Experience with React.js
• Knowledge of Docker will be a plus
• Experience with microservices
• Proficiency with software design patterns
• English: Upper Intermediate+
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
