Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our innovative digital wedding platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in the wedding industry while working with cutting-edge digital tools and technologies. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, creativity, and efficiency, handling various aspects of digital operations from content management to automation setup. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize email communications using established systems and protocols
- Schedule and coordinate content publication across WordPress and social media platforms
- Create engaging visual content using Canva templates aligned with brand guidelines
- Implement and maintain automation workflows using Zapier and other tools
- Execute lead generation strategies and maintain database accuracy
- Perform data collection and organization tasks using various digital tools
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record management
- Support various administrative tasks with provided detailed SOPs
- Maintain organized digital systems across multiple platforms
Requirements
Essential:
- Strong understanding of and alignment with LGBTQ+ community values and culture
- Proficiency in WordPress content management and basic website maintenance
- Experience with social media management tools (Tailwind, Later, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to work with automation tools like Zapier
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications
Preferred:
- Background in wedding industry or related fields
- Previous virtual assistance experience
- Understanding of digital marketing principles
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
