In this role, you will play a pivotal role in defining the direction and alignment of eCommerce technology and processes, ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our Magento-based eCommerce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with VP and C-level executives and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that drive our business forward. This position is within a leading company in the basic apparel manufacturing industry. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the future of eCommerce for a globally recognized brand. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the Architect defining the strategic direction and alignment of eCommerce technology and processes.</li><li>Serve as the Technical Lead providing hands-on technical support to the entire development team, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Development Engineers, and QA Engineers.</li><li>Collaborate with VP and C-level executives across both business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives.</li><li>Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement of the Magento application and eCommerce ecosystem post-initial implementation.</li><li>Work closely with external System Integrators, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of resources for implementation teams.</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Proven ability to interact effectively with VP and C-level executives across business and technical teams.</li><li>Deep knowledge, skills, and experience in implementing Magento eCommerce.</li><li>Experience as a Principal Architect in at least one Magento implementation, defining technology and process alignment.</li><li>Experience as a Technical Lead in at least one Magento implementation, providing hands-on technical guidance to development teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems and best practices.</li><li>Advanced level of English.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience as an Architect and Technical Lead in an implementation where an external System Integrator provided all resources for the implementation team.</li><li>Experience leading and managing the Continuous Improvement of the Magento application and eCommerce ecosystem after the initial implementation.</li></ul> Fair decisions, free of biasWe guarantee a Recruitment process based on skills, qualifications, and working experience.
