Laravel Front-end Developer (LiveWire)

We are developing a new platform for HR managers and employees to manage awards and rewards programs, built using Laravel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing HTML and CSS

• Integrating front-end components into Blade templates

• Styling and optimizing existing design components

• Making design suggestions to improve the current proof-of-concept design

• Enhancing UI/UX with potential interactive elements

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in:

• Laravel

• Livewire

• Potential work with Alpine.js for UI interactions

• Ability to create and implement UI components

Additional Skills:

• Strong preference for developers who are committed to keeping the project lean and

streamlined

• Avoid introducing unnecessary complexity or additional frameworks like React.js

Project Context:

• Project Timeline: Basic features to be completed by end of January

• Initial marketing launch planned for public offering

• Iterative development approach with continued feature expansion after the initial release

Technical Environment:

• Development Setup:

• GitHub for code version control

• Local development environment

• Ability to run dev environment on personal computer

• Comfortable with making rapid changes and testing

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the team during same working hours to maintain constant communication
