The Role:
Take the helm of a sophisticated digital ecosystem as our E-Commerce Manager, who is a Magento expert. You’ll orchestrate multiple digital channels, working with best-in-class agencies and advanced AI tools to drive expansion across European markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital strategy of a company that successfully combines artisanal craftsmanship with modern e-commerce excellence. You’ll have access to comprehensive analytics platforms, established growth frameworks, and the latest AI-powered tools to drive data-informed decisions and optimize performance across all digital touchpoints.
The main focus for this role is:
* Conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX design specifically within Magento.
* Seamless integration of various software solutions and platforms.
* Maintaining the technical and commercial alignment of their webshop.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate with specialized agency partners across SEO, PPC, Social Media Campaigns, AdWords and marketplace management
- Drive conversion rate optimization through strategic A/B testing and multi-variant analysis
- Oversee performance across multiple sales channels including major marketplaces
- Execute international expansion strategies into new European markets
- Manage and optimize the Magento e-commerce platform
- Analyze and action insights from comprehensive analytics tools
- Coordinate sprint planning and execution for digital initiatives
- Monitor and improve customer journey touchpoints
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
- Lead stakeholder communications and alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years of e-commerce management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Magento platform
- Proven track record in digital growth and optimization
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience managing multiple agency relationships
- Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with major e-commerce tools (Klaviyo, analytics platforms)
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working with AI-powered tools and analytics
