This is a remote position.

Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of our paid advertising campaigns, manage our WordPress websites, and drive SEO efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running effective paid ads on LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, as well as managing WordPress websites and applying SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Ads Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook to drive targeted traffic and achieve business goals.
  • Continuously monitor ad performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Run A/B tests and leverage data to refine campaign strategies.
WordPress Website Management:
  • Oversee and update WordPress websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and fully functional.
  • Regularly maintain and troubleshoot the site, updating content, fixing issues, and managing plugins.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and a seamless user experience.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Apply SEO best practices to boost organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for SEO improvements.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta descriptions, title tags, images, and content.
Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with broader business objectives.
  • Provide weekly reports on the performance of paid ads, website maintenance, and SEO activities.
  • Offer actionable insights and suggest optimizations based on performance data and market trends.

Requirements


  • Demonstrated experience in managing paid ads on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Proficient in WordPress website management, including content updates, troubleshooting, and plugin management.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and a proven ability to apply it to improve website rankings and visibility.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to monitor, measure, and optimize ad performance and website metrics.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to report insights and progress clearly and effectively.

This part-time, remote position requires a commitment of 25 hours per week, with the flexibility to work between 11 PM - 4 AM or 12 AM - 5 AM Manila Time.
