Redtech is helping our client with a Direct Hire search for a Developer with experience with CMS/WordPress and some experience in an Agency environment

Location - Greater Denver, CO area

Schedule - mostly remote work with onsite meetings 1-2 times/month

Our CLIENT is a Denver-based creative agency specializing in branding, marketing and placemaking. That means we not only develop and guide brands for places such as reinvigorated downtown districts, emerging communities and, in some cases, whole new regions, we actually have a hand in creating the places themselves. It’s diverse, exciting, meaningful work. So with every position, we look for people who share our love of culture and community, our desire to make a real difference and perhaps most of all our spirit of fun, creativity and hard work. Or as we like to say: be true, have fun and do the unexpected.

This is a hybrid work environment. During the pandemic, we discovered that flexible working arrangements best support our team, and we have continued this hybrid environment ever since. This approach combines working from home with working from our centralized office in Denver. The office serves as a space for meetings, connection time, individual work, or a change of scenery. It also provides opportunities for in-person collaboration, client meetings, all-company gatherings, and staff or team events.

Salary

Salary range commensurate with skills and years of experience: $75,000 – $95,000. Our anticipated starting salary for this position is $75,000 - $80,000

Benefits

Health insurance (medical/dental/vision); short-term disability insurance; 401k eligibility; paid time off (PTO); sick time; flex-time; eleven observed holidays (plus CLIENT is closed the week between Christmas and New Year); professional development stipend; performance program; year-end bonus potential based on company performance; among other fun perks!
