This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor PHP & Python Pleno based in Brazil.

This role is focused on building and maintaining robust backend solutions that support critical client services and integrations. You will work with modern and legacy technologies, contributing to the development of scalable APIs and data exchange workflows. The environment is highly collaborative, combining engineering expertise with cloud-native practices and automation. You will participate in the design and implementation of integration pipelines, ensuring reliability and performance across systems. The role also involves working with AWS-based services and event-driven architectures, especially through serverless components. Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain APIs for client services using PHP (including Laravel) and MySQL, ensuring performance and scalability.
Build and support data integration flows using Python, including AWS Lambda functions and queue-based processing.
Work on system integrations and data exchange processes, ensuring reliability and consistency across services.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement RESTful APIs and backend solutions.
Support event-driven architecture initiatives and contribute to the evolution of integration patterns.
Use version control (Git) to manage code quality, collaboration, and deployment workflows.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Requirements:

Solid experience with PHP (5.6/7.4) and backend development using frameworks such as Laravel.
Strong knowledge of Python for backend scripting and AWS Lambda-based integrations.
Experience with MySQL and designing efficient relational database structures.
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration standards.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Lambda and message/queue systems.
Knowledge of Git for version control and collaborative development.
Understanding of Digibee or similar integration platforms is required.
Nice to have: Linux environment experience, PyTest, event-driven architecture, and SOAP integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in team-oriented environments.
