We're on the lookout for a Business Analyst with WordPress background to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough analysis of existing customer's WordPress sites, documenting functionality, integrations, and business requirements.
- Map workflows and processes.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation and user stories.
- Develop detailed requirements for future headless CMS platform.
- Maintain and evolve product roadmap for headless CMS implementation.
- Prioritize features based on business value and technical dependencies.
- Balance quick wins with long-term architectural goals.
- Track and communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure stories are properly sized and ready for development.
- Support gap analysis between current and future state.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization across regions.
- Document proposed improvements to content management workflows.
- Create process maps for future state operations.
Requirements:- Experience with WordPress and/or any other CMS platforms.
- Experience with multi-site WordPress implementations.
- Experience with data migration projects.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices (plus).
- Experience with large-scale migration projects (would be a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience a plus).
- Knowledge of web technologies.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and API concepts.
- Hard Skills (BA):
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
