We are seeking talented and motivated PHP Engineers at multiple levels—Associate Software Engineer—to join our growing team in developing and maintaining dynamic web applications. Candidates with additional knowledge of Python will be given preference. The ideal candidates should be passionate about clean code, open to learning, and adaptable to evolving technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features and resolve issues.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues with assistance from senior developers (as applicable).
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Support the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Follow document-oriented development practices.
- Apply modular programming techniques for code maintainability.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in PHP, Python.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid understanding of PHP and its frameworks.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Exposure to relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Willingness to learn and use version control systems like Git.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with a positive learning attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python is a strong plus.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Awareness of web security standards and performance tuning.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
